    • Social Security number or Alien Registration number

FuriousGrill is offering a $1000 "Eat Healthy Scholarship" to one winning applicant for 2017. Applicants must be in either high school or college.

Sullivan Solar Power - A Sustainable Future Through Solar Energy Scholarship - February 15, 2018

Attention FHS seniors:  Sullivan Solar Power is offering $2,000 to the winning essayist, twice a year through the “A Sustainable Future Through Solar Energy Scholarship”.  Please visit for more details.  Applicants must have at least one parent or grandparent who is an immigrant to the United States and who has plans to use their college education to help create a sustainable future.

Parentinn-Cyberbullying Prevention for Teens Scholarship - Feb. 28, 2018

The Parentinn – Cyberbullying Prevention for Teens Scholarship for 2017-18 is now available.  Please visit to apply.  $1200 will be given to a student planning to enter college in the Fall of 2018. Application deadline is 2/28/2018.

2018-19 Texas Student Housing Scholarship - Jan. 31, 2018

FHS seniors who plan to attend college in Austin, College Station, or Denton may now apply for the 2018-2019 Texas Student Housing Scholarship.  Packets are available in the main office.  The deadline for the application is January 31, 2018.

2018 Optimist Club's Essay Contest - February 7, 2018

Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship - February 1, 2018

The online application for the Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship is now available The JRF application is the vehicle through which more than 4,000 talented young minority high school students apply to become JRF Scholars and carry on the civic-minded legacy of the Foundation’s namesake, Jackie Robinson. The deadline to submit the application for a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship is February 1, 2018 by 5:00 pm ET.

Mary Louise Page Scholarship - February 26, 2018

The Mary Louise Page Scholarship is now available to Tarrant County seniors.  You must demonstrate need, scholastic achievement, extracurricular activities, school leadership and a personal essay.  FHS will submit 3 candidates.  Applications are available in the main office and should be completed and turned in to the counseling office by February 26 at 3:00 pm for submission.
