Seniors can pick up final transcripts in person during these time frames:

June 10 between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM

June 11 between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM

Please drive up under the covered area of the front circle drive and remain in your car. Someone will come to your car to help you. Please be prepared to show photo ID to pick up your transcripts. The student must be in the car if he/she is at least 18 years old. Parents can pick up transcripts if the student is younger than 18.

Any transcripts that are not picked up June 10 or June 11 will be mailed to the student’s home address listed in Skyward.

You will receive one official transcript. This will be in a sealed envelope. You are responsible for addressing it and mailing it to the college of your choice. DO NOT OPEN THE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. If you open that envelope, the transcript is no longer official, and you will have to request another one, which takes some time to process.

You will also receive one unofficial transcript that is not in a sealed envelope. You can keep that one to refer to as needed.
